大学生就业胜任力模型的构建

摘    要:大学生就业率的持续下降,待业率的逐渐上升,使得大学毕业生就业率已成为近年来的热点问题。据专家分析,高校毕业生就业胜任力不足是造成毕业生就业难的核心原因。但大学生的就业胜任力到底包括哪些方面,目前还没有统一的定论。基于此,本文意在通过因子分析和结构方程的方法,构建一个较为全面、客观的大学生就业胜任力模型。研究结果表明大学生就业胜任力包括六大方面的能力:个人特质、岗位适应能力、基础技能、问题解决能力、关系建立能力、持续进步能力,此外,通过对收集的样本进行方差分析,大学生就业胜任力在专业类型上存在显著差异,但在性别上不存在显著差异。

Abstract:College students' employment rate continued to decline in the employment rate,unemployment rate increased gradually,so the employment rate of college students to become a hot issue in recent years.According to experts' analysis,the lack of employment competency is one of the most important reason of the low employment rate.However,there are no uniform conclusion about college students' cemployment competency.Based on this,this paper aims to build a more comprehensive and objective college students 'employment competency.Our study shows that employment competency has six aspects,One,personal characteristics,post adaptation ability,basic skills,problem solving skills,relationship building ability,continuous improvement ability,In addition,the variance analysis of sample data show that college students' employment ability are significantly different in major,but there is no significant gender differences.
