众包的内涵、产生机理及风险研究综述

摘    要:在回顾众包模式已有研究的基础上,从外包、信息技术、商业模式和知识创新4个维度分析了众包的内涵,将众包的产生机理归纳为互联网技术与社交媒体的发展、个体需求与消费者意识的转变、企业创新与市场竞争的需要等3个方面,并将现有众包风险的研究归纳为主体欺诈行为、知识产权风险和其它方面,最后分析了众包的内涵、产生机理与风险研究三者之间的关系并对未来研究加以展望。

A Review of the Research on the Connotation, Production Mechanism and Risk of Crowd-sourcing
Abstract:By the reviewing of the existing research on the crowd-sourcing model, the connotation of crowd-sourcing was analyzed from the four dimensions of outsourcing, information technology, business model and knowledge innovation, the production mechanism of crowdsourcing was summarized as three aspects: the development of Internet technology and social media, the changes of individual demands and consumer awareness, the regurments of enterprise innovation and market competition, and then the existing researchs on crowdsourcing risk were concluded in the three aspects of the actions of subject fraud, intellectual property risk and other aspects. Finally, the relationship between the researchs on the connotation, the production mechanism and the risk research of crowd-sourcing was analyzed and the future researchs on them were looked ahead.
