| 摘 要： | 在生态经济的产业集群中，企业间会因为物质交换而形成共生网络，并实现产业集聚和生态经济两方面的有效互动，可实现经济发展与环境保护双赢，步入可持续发展。文章分析了制约生态产业集群发展模式运行的诸多因素，提出通过整合产权关系；建设公共体系；创建集群品牌；打造绿色社区；推进绿色产业；加强文化和法律建设等对策，促进鄱阳湖生态经济产业集群的发展。关键词：鄱阳湖生态经济；产业集群
