| 摘 要： | 提出AP1000核电站的外部不经济性的概念，并重点表述了其所涵盖的环境的不经济性、消费者的不经济性以及其他电力行业的不经济性。通过分析AP1000的关联因素，阐明了设备因素、市场因素、资金因素、技术因素和人为因素等五大因素对AP1000的不经济性影响，并建立了AP1000外部不经济性预测指数模型和线性模型，用于计算外部不经济性指标的变化趋势。计算结果表明，各影响因素均可促使AP1000外部不经济性指标达到最大限制，造成对核电站建设和运行的最大不利效应。其中，资金因素对外部不经济性指标的影响相对较大。进行AP1000外部不经济性研究，可以更清晰地反映第三代核电发展存在的一些不足，为更好更快更安全地推进中国先进核电的建设提供必要参考。 |
