| 摘 要： | 对收卷而言，随着卷径的逐渐增大，限转矩的值也随之增大，变频器输出的速度将随之减少，符合收卷的基本原理，同时张力也在控制之中；而对主从控制中的从传动而言，只要将其转矩限定值跟随主传动，就能保证两者之间的同步匹配。本文将主要讨论矢量变频器的限转矩功能在收卷控制和主从控制中的应用。

| Abstract: | For the winding machine, we use the vector control's torque limitation to solve the problem of the constant speed system . And in the master-slave control equipment, if we set the limitation of the slave drive, we can match these two drives in phase. This paper will discuss the AC inverter vector control's torque limitation in these two kinds of application. |
