| 摘 要： | 市场分割条件下,我国区域经济开放具有多重的性质。开放经济理论形成了丰富的思想成果,国家层次上的开放经济理论对于区域经济开放同样具有很强的指导意义。地方利益的驱使是导致区域保护和区域经济分割的重要诱因,市场分割不利于资源的有效配置,会带来国民利益的损失。因此,我们应采取战略性调控措施,推进区域经济开放和区际利益的整合。

| Abstract: | In the condition of market segmentation,the regional economic opening of our country is multiple. The opening economy theory has a rich ideological achievement. The opening economy theory on the national level can also provide guidance to regional economic opening.Local interests are the important reason for regional protection and regional economic segmentation. Market segmentation goes against the effective allocation of resources and will result in the loss of national interest. Therefore,some strategic measures should be taken to promote the opening of regional economy and the integration of regional interests. |
