高校投资来源结构对办学效益影响的通径分析——以江苏地方本科高校为例

文章对江苏省33所地方高校2008-2013年期间的投资收入来源与其年度国内高校综合排名指标的截面数据进行通径分析,结果发现:第一,财政补助收入无论在对高校办学效益的直接影响,还是其他投资收入来源通过财政补助收入对高校办学效益的间接影响都处于绝对优势地位;第二,高校财政补助收入与事业收入对办学效益影响下降的趋势与其他收入对高校办学效益影响上升的趋势并存;第三,在不同年度,不同投资收入来源对地方高校办学效益影响呈现出明显的效率差异。基于此,提出高校投资来源结构优化对策。

Path Analysis on the Impact of the Source Structure of Investment in Higher Education on Educational Efficiency-Evidence from Local Undergraduate Colleges and Universities in Jiangsu Province

The paper makes a path analysis on the cross section data,including sources of investment and income of 33 lo.cal undergraduate colleges and universities in Jiangsu province and their annual overall ranking in the domestic context dur.ing the year of 2008 to 2013. The results show that： Firstly,the fiscal subsidy income,either its direct impact or the indi.rect impact of other investment income source through it,plays a decisive role in the educational efficiency. Secondly,thedownward trend of the impact of the fiscal subsidy income and the institution income and the upward trend of the impact ofother incomes on the educational efficiency coexist. And thirdly,the impact of the different sources of investment and in.come on the educational efficiency of the local colleges and universities presents significant differences in different years. Atthe end,the paper puts forward countermeasures to optimize the investment source structure of the local colleges and uni.versities.
