| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村所要求的“乡风文明”呼唤农民提高环境意识，只有提高了环境意识，乡风才有可能真正文明起来。社会主义新农村所要求的“村容整洁”也不能简单地理解为“造新村”和“盖新房”，而应该突出生态环境建设的重要作用。环境意识和生态环境建设应该是社会主义新农村的重要内涵。

| Abstract: | The requirement of village mood civilization of socialism new countryside is to call farmers to improve environment awareness.Only in this way,village mood can be real civilization.The requirement of village apperance to be clean and tidy can not be comprehended in building new village and house,but also emphersize the important affection of ecology environment construction.Environment awareness and ecology environment construction should be the important intention of socialism new countryside construction. |
