CPFR供应链补货策略模型与关键因素分析

摘    要:通过对传统补货策略模型进行扩展和参数变换,加入同业竞争因子,引进CPFR(联合计划、预测与补货)运作机制,构建出在随机需求下更能够反映现代市场竞争环境的CPFR补货策略模型.并通过Matlab软件程序对该模型进行灵敏度分析,计算出各影响因子变化对CPFR供应链绩效指标的影响程度,识别出关键影响因素.

Abstract:This paper focuses on the extension of inventory policy with continuous stochastic demand. The extended model can reflect modern competition environment through adding horizontal competition factor and introducing CPFR mechanism. Finally we calculate the impact of model parameters to performance of CPFR supply chain using Matlab program. This can help us identify the key impact factors.
