| 摘 要： | 为增加市场竞争力、降低成本和进军国际市场,并购成为企业扩大规模、多元化的一项重要外部成长策略,台湾地区也置身于全球化企业的并购浪潮之中。文章对近10年来台湾并购案件进行了统计分析,总结出台湾企业并购行为的特征及未来发展趋势。
