利率微调及其对中国的适应性研究

近年来,一些西方国家在利率政策操作中通过采用微调模式,使得利率政策的精确度和有效性得以增强。为了考察利率微调在我国的适用性,本文通过实证研究,得出了一些与我国经济发展较为吻合的结论:在我国宏观经济的调控体系中,利率微调已经初步具备了其实施的宏观环境基础。但是,要想充分发挥我国利率微调的实施效果,我国在制度与政策层面,还必须进行与利率政策相匹配的后续改革。
