供应链企业间知识共享能力评价研究

知识共享是知识管理的核心。可行的知识共享能力评价体系是发掘供应链内发展潜力、发现知识共享能力不足的有效方法。文章剖析了影响供应链知识共享能力的主要因素,将供应链环境特征、供应链内成员企业间关系、供应链知识共享平台作为供应链知识共享能力的影响因素。构建供应链知识共享能力评价指标体系,引入G1法确定指标权重,并结合模糊数学理论,提出基于G1模糊综合评价方法构建知识共享能力评价模型,最后通过实例验证了评价指标和评价方法的有效性。

The Evaluation Research of Knowledge Sharing Capacity Among Supply Chain Enterprises

Knowledge sharing is the core of knowledge management. A viable management capacity assessment system for knowledge sharing is an effective method to explore the potential of supply chain development anti to find the defteiences of knowledge sharing capalilties. This paper analyzed influential fators for supply chain knowledge sharing capahility. The supply chain environment characteristics, the relationship between enterprises members within supply chain, supply chain knowledge sharing platform as the influence factors of supply chain knowledge sharing ahility. The paper further constructs the model of evaluating the supply chain knowledge sharing capability. Combined with the filzzy mathematics theory, proposed building a knowledge sharing ability evaluation model of G I based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, finally, the effectiveness of evaluation indicators and methods was verified through a practial example.
