The Investigation and Research on the Development Status of the Consulting Industry in Qiqihar

Along with the deepening of opening and reform ,consulting industry in China have been developing quickly. Qiqihar, the city that had contributed more to national economics is less advanced than other cities on this area. Because there are more serious problems in talent , industry rules and sense , we must improve and perfect some works , such as strengthening consulting sense and industry management, implementing human resource strategy , creating new consulting organizations which operate in knowledge management. Only by these ways can we prompthealthy development on consulting industry in Qiqihar.
