| 摘 要： | 从建筑产品生产全过程的视角，提出了面向建筑产品的技术创新和技术扩散，探讨了面向建筑产品的技术扩散的三种形式。在借鉴国外学对参与技术扩散的角色研究的基础上，分析了影响面向建筑产品技术扩散的主要因素。

| Abstract: | This paper has construction-product-oriented (CPO) as starting point, analyses the technological innovation and diffusion in construction industry. Then, three modes of technological diffusion of CPO are elucidated. Based on the foreign studies on the role of technological diffusion, the main influencing factors driving technological diffusion of CPO are analyzed. |
