| 摘 要： | 该文简述了广东省劳动和社会保障厅电子政务建设的发展历程,并详细阐述了基于J2EE和工作流技术的广东省劳动保障厅办公自动化系统的分析和设计。广东省劳动保障厅通过在全厅推广使用这套办公自动化系统,不仅到达预期的目标,更为重要的是,由于该系统的应用,为广东省劳动保障厅电子政务的全面实施奠定了有效的平台基础。

| Abstract: | This thesis first states the evolution of the electronic governmental affairs construction of Guangdong Labour and Social Security Ministry. And then, it states the design and analysis of the office automation system for Guangdong Labour and Social Security Ministry based on J2EE and work flow technology in detail. By spreading to use this office automation system in Guangdong Province, Guangdong Labour and Social Security Ministry has not only achieved the expected goals, but also established an efficient and basic platform for the complete implements of the electronic governmental affairs of Guangdong Labour and Social Security Ministry. |
