| 摘 要： | 在世界经济与贸易发展史中,自由贸易与保护贸易总是交织在一起的,既没有完全的自由贸易,也没有完全的贸易保护,这主要是由贸易自由化的渐进性与国家的存在所决定的。特别是80年代以来,贸易保护具有了新的内涵和特点,对于已加入世贸组织的我国来讲,就更有必要对此进行研究,以正确处理开放与保护的关系问题并制定出适当的外贸政策。

| Abstract: | In the history of the world economy an d trade development,free trade has a lways mingled with trade protection,there has been neither complete free trade nor whole protective trade.This kind of condition has been mainly d etermined by the evolutionary nature of trade libera lization and the existence of nation s.Especially since 1980s,trade pro tection has had some new intensions and characteristics.It is more essential for China,which has entered WTO,to study this problem,in order that it can correctly deal with the relation between opening to the world and trade pr otection and make suitable foreign t rade policies. |
