| 摘 要： | 社会主义市场经济条件下，针对我国分配领域己存在的分配秩序混乱、收入差距过大、两极分化严重等突出问题，我们应该进行深刻的反思，充分考虑那些弱势群体、边缘群体的利益，保障他们的权益。罗尔斯的分配正义原则对于我们解决这些问题有重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Under the socialist market economy,we should take consideration of great income disparity and polarization in allusion to the disorder of allocation existed in China.We should fully consider the benefit of those weak and marginal social communities in order to ensure their rights and interests.Rolles' s allocation principle is significance for us to solve these problems. |
