高等院校贫困生资助的理论支持

随着高等教育规模的扩大和成本个人分担比例的增加,高校贫困生群体日益壮大。解决、落实好对贫困生的资助和扶持,不仅关系到高等教育的良性发展、教育机会公平,更能体现党和国家领导人对教育弱势群体的关注,是社会主义优越性的充分体现。近年来,虽然国家不断加大资助力度,但仍无法满足贫困生群体的需要。完善现行高等教育资助体系,必须要从理论角度深度剖析,以理论为指导,在明确国家主体地位和应尽义务的基础上,建立起目标明确、对象合理的高效率贫困生资助体系,同时不断优化内外部环境,保证贫困生资助政策健康良性的发展。

The Theory of Poor Students in Colleges and Universities to Support

With the expansion of higher education and increase the proportion of the cost of personal sharing,the crowd of poor students in university increased dramatically.Implement and resolve the contribution to the students from low-income students not only refer to the sound development of higher education,the equal to education opportunities,but also reflect high importance had been focused on vulnerable groups from the Party and state leaders.From these years,the investment for Poor students still can＇t balance with the demand.To improve the current funding system,a high efficiency funding system which contained a depth analysis to theory and guided by these theories,based on the dominant position and the obligation of the state had been taken clearly should be establish for clear objectives and target.Attention also should be paid on the environment improved,for insure the whole funding system operated well.
