| 摘 要： | 威斯康星州长期照护改革的核心就是家庭照护,实现＂就地养老＂。老年和残疾资源中心为老人获得赡养服务提供便捷入口;照护管理组织提供以参加者为中心的服务,让老人对照护服务有充分自主选择的权利;重新设计的以人为本的质量管理体系确保目标成果的实现。该州的改革经验可以给我们一些有益的启示。

| Abstract: | The heart of Long Term Care reform in State of Wisconsin is the Family Care program,which allow older adults to age in place.Aging and Disability Resource Centers give older people easy access to long term supports.Care Management Organizations offer older people person-centered services,providing them an entitlement to a wide range of support options.The redesigned quality management system improve quality through a focus on desired participant outcomes.Wisconsin＇s reform experiences can yield some valuable lessons for other countries. |
