| 摘 要： | 企业的设备管理在企业的发展中占据着重要的位置。TPM设备管理模式是全员参加为特征的生产维修体制,是当前一种高效的设备管理模式。中石化西北油田分公司油气运销部通过开展TPM设备管理,使员工转变了设备管理意识,树立了设备管理新观念。员工积极开展自主管理,以实现损失、故障和不良的＂0＂化为目标,不断提升自主管理技能。设备的管理由事后维护转向了预防维护,降低了设备使用维修费用,达到了全员参与设备维护保养的要求。
