摘    要:结合金川集团公司大规模硫化镍可溶阳极电解车间的实际生产工艺及耗能现状,分析了如何加强新投产大规模硫化镍可溶阳极电解车间的节能管理。认为车间应建立能源管理工作体系,健全能源管理制度,加强现场能源管理,不断挖掘节能潜力。这样才能有效降低产品能耗指标,从而达到节约用能,创建资源节约型企业的目的。

Abstract:Combined with the present situation of the actual production process in the massive sulfide nickel soluble anode electrolysis workshop in Jinchuan Group, the paper analyzed how to improve the energy-saving management of this kind of workshop.Some strategies have been put forward including building energy management system, improving energy management system, strengthening the energy management and taping the potential of energy saving. In this way, the energy consumption index will be effectively reduced so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy and creating a resource-saving enterprise.
