| Abstract: | Evolutionary theory of enterprises is a new kind of theory based on biological evolutionary theory , organizational ecology and evolutionary theory of economics,etc.. Having studied many papers in this filed, This article systematically reviews the origin and development process of this theory, analyses a few kinds of theories about the evolution of enterprises, summarizes their limitations and main viewpoints , then points out some problems that need to be studied in the future. |
