| 摘 要： | 企业创新资源包括创新人力、财力、信息以及其它等四类资源,具有动态性、时域性、外溢性及效能性特点。企业创新资源的拥有状况影响FDI的技术外溢效应。创新人力资源通过影响FDI技术外溢的内容、速率、途径以及对其的学习效率,最终影响和决定FDI技术外溢效应的高低。因此,应大力加强对企业创新人力资源的积累。

| Abstract: | Corporation innovative resources include human resources,financial resources,information and other resources,and they have some features such as dynamics,time-domain,spillover and efficiency.The possessing condition of corporation innovative resources can have effects on technology spillover effect of FDI.The content,speed,methods and study efficiency of FDI technology spillover will be affected by innovative human resources,and innovative human resources will ultimately affect and determine the level of FDI technology spillover effect.We should endeavor to strengthen the accumulation of innovative human resources in corporation. |
