在当代大学生中，有一半以上的人没有进行过职业生涯规划，他们对自己所选择的职业缺乏必要的了解，没有创业的勇气和创业的知识。合理设计自己的职业生涯规划，是大学生通向成功的第一步。它可以使大学生充分地认识自己，客观分析环境，正确选择职业，采取有效的措施克服就业中的各种困扰，从而实现自己的理想。

Study On the Employment of Graduates

More than half of the college students lack the necessary understanding about the career they choose,and they never got career planning,also have no courage and entrepreneurial business knowledge,Therefore,designing their own career planning reasonably is the first step to success for college students. It will enable students to fully recognize themselves and objectively analyze the environment,getting the right choice of occupation,and taking effective measures to overcome the various problems in employment,finally achieve their ideals.
