腐败与社会、政治因素的关联性研究——基于全球视角

腐败问题是一个全球性的问题,从古至今都是各国政府和学术界谈论的热点问题。自人类出现了私有制以来,腐败就伴随着国家和阶级的产生而不断发展变化。在以往的文献中,腐败问题的实证分析较多关注腐败与经济因素之间的研究,而很少涉及腐败与社会、政治因素（如法治水平、政治稳定等）之间的相关性研究。采取世界银行的＂良好政府＂数据和世界透明组织CPI数据,包括六大变量：法治水平、政府效率、政治稳定、发言权与责任、法规品质和腐败控制,挖掘腐败控制与其他变量之间的关系。主要得出如下结论：腐败与法治水平最相关,提高法治水平是遏制腐败的最重要手段;政府效率与腐败相关度也较高,提高政府效率有助于控制腐败现象。

Research on the Relations Between Corruption and Social and Political Factors:To View from Global Perspective

Corruption is a worldwide problem and is actively discussed in many governments and academic circles.Since the private ownership appeared,the corruption mode has being changed accompanied with the emergence of nations and social classes.The previous empirical studies on the corruption were focused on the relations between corruption and economic factors,but few were concentrated on the link between corruption and social or political factors.In this paper,"good government" indicators,which include six dimensions of government rule of law,government effectiveness,political stability,voice and accountability,regulation quality and corruption control,from World Bank are used for this study.Taking corruption control as a dependent variable and other factors as independent variable,the stepwise regression method is utilized to mine the relations between corruption and other factors.It is concluded that the corruption is closely correlated with rule of law,improving the law is an important approach to control the corruption problem.Moreover the government efficiency is closely correlated with the corruption control.It appears that improving government effectiveness might be helpful to the corruption control.
