| Abstract: | It has already been an obvious fact that small and medium -sized enterprises are difficult in financing. It has already become the "bottleneck" of development of small and medium - sized enterprises. This text analyses the reason of difficult in terms of market of demanding party,and proposes the suggestions of three respects. The effective operation of the financing market of the demanding party depends on the increasing improvement of its quality. So the financing problem will solve completely only when the quality of small and medium - sized enterprises is improved and the financing enviornment is improved. |
