Probing into the Developmental Strategies for the Mid-small Cities under Three Driving Forces : A Case Study by Northern Jiangsu

Northern Jiangsu is into fast development time of urbanization,and also in fast development time of mid—small cities。Its economic development level is lower than Southern Jiangsu,and Middle Jiangsu。Vigorously developing mid—small cities,Northern Jiangsu needs take the road of mid—small cities leading regional development。The article demonstrates that the driving forces mainly originate in agricultural modernization,industrialization and urbanization。Analyzing its present situation and function,Author points out the existing main matters。The article explores the developmental ways of mid—small cities in Northern Jiangsu from six aspects。
