| Abstract: | The new energy industry becomes one of the most prosperous strategic new industries under the background that major countries of the world try their best to develop new energy technology to command the high ground of economic and scientific and technological competition.Depending on the practical modes by advanced new energy bases at home and abroad,there are several enlightenments for the construction of new energy bases such as strengthening organizational leadership,driving system innovation,taking special advantage,cultivating leading enterprise,promoting technology innovation and enhancing brand value. |
