我国渔民增收滞后的原因及对策探讨

近年来，渔业经济快速增长，渔民收入不断提高。然而在渔民收入不断提高的同时，渔民与城市居民收入差距也逐渐拉大。渔业是大农业中比较效益较高、能有效提高农民收入水平、缩小城乡居民收入差距的重要产业，渔民收入不仅是“三渔”问题的核心，也是农民增收的重要来源。本文分析了新世纪以来渔民收入增长形势，从渔业内部因素和渔业外部因素两个角度剖析了制约渔民收入增长的原因，进而提出了促进渔民增收的对策。
