| 摘 要： | 我国是遭受外来物种入侵而造成严重灾害的国家之一。论文概述了我国水生外来入侵物种的入侵途径、主要种类，介绍了我国相关的法律法规中有关外来水生物种入侵的有关规定及管理中存在的问题，总结了国际上三种外来生物入侵管理模式并对三种模式进行了比较分析，在此基础上，论文提出了加强我国外来入侵水生物种防范、整治等方面的若干对策。

| Abstract: | China is the one of countries which is suffering from biological invasion.In this paper,invasion pathway and important species of aquatic invasive biology into China are overviewed, some relevant laws and regulations and existing problems are introduced,three international management measures are summarized and analyzed,basis on this,management strategies for the prevention and control of aquatic invasive animals are put forward in this paper. |
