唐海县发展高效渔业的思考

随着现代渔业的发展，发展高效渔业成为必然趋势。论文分析了唐海县高效渔业发展现状，发现高效渔业在唐海县虽有较好的发展条件，但种质问题、污染问题以及养殖方式问题依然制约着高效渔业的快速发展。在此基础上，论文提出明确规划、狠抓服务、注重项目、创建品牌、科技支撑、推进传统渔业向现代渔业转型等措施以促进唐海高效渔业的健康发展，进而达到富民强县的目的。
