| 摘 要： | 论文运用层次分析法（AHP）对我国海水珍珠产业发展战略和影响因素进行了分析，发现对海水珍珠产业发展起到最大影响作用的因素是珍珠质量，说明市场需求高层次产品；其次是拓展珍珠市场，市场价值获取能力关系到产业的利润和发展；再是控制流通渠道，保证市场的正常运行和市场秩序；而产量只是一个影响因素却并不是重要因素，因此不需要过分追求产量。论文进一步探寻了影响海水珍珠产业发展的制约因素和影响权重，确定了可以采取对海水珍珠产业发展进行资金和人力的投入以振兴海水珍珠产业。
