闽浙沿海网箱养殖产业转型对策研究

为探索新时期海水网箱养殖发展方向，文章对福建、浙江两省海水网箱养殖业进行研究。从海水网箱养殖规模、产品差异和市场行为比较发现，海水网箱养殖业整体发展水平与发达国家尚有一定差距。这主要表现在：规模化和市场化程度低，利润空间小，投融资困难，风险保障机制不完善以及生态环境制约产业发展等方面。探析未来海水网箱养殖发展趋势，我们要以生态制约型、投资风险型、产业规模型和多元化发展为导向，推动海水网箱养殖业转型。政府或产业组织要扶持海水网箱养殖业发展、完善产业链、加强风险管理、发展现代养殖企业、壮大产业规模和走市场化道路。

Countermeasures to the transformation of cage mainre aquaculture in Fujian-Zhejiang coastal areas
