| 摘 要： | 今年6月,国家环保总局首次对外发布《中国生态保护》,认为中国生态环境恶化的趋势仍未得到有效遏制,进而酝酿建立生态补偿机制。本文从我国现有生态补偿机制试点情况出发,探讨了对未来我国生态补偿机制发展趋势的几点思考。

| Abstract: | State Environmental Protection Administration released 《 Nature and Ecology Conservation in China》 on 5th June 2006. It said the degradation trend of ecological environment has not under effective control, and as one of the Major Countermeasures, setting up ecological compensation mechanism being presented. This paper presents some viewpoints in establishing ecological compensation mechanism with economic development. |
