| 摘 要： | 面对加入WTO的机遇与挑战,河南烟草产业正在进行大规模的行业重组和组织体制改革,其目的是发挥市场机制在烟草资源配置中的作用,以提高效率。本文对河南烟草产业的状况进行了SWOT分析,并分析了河南中烟工业公司重组过程中的做法,最后提出了河南烟草产业重组过程中应注意的问题。
