| 摘 要： | 核心能力是企业取得和保持竞争优势的关键 ,而创新是核心能力培育、巩固和更新的源泉。本文从企业成长过程的角度 ,审视民营科技企业创新成长与核心能力的关系;并重点分析了民营科技企业在不同的成长阶段 ,其核心能力的培育重点和企业创新内容不同。

| Abstract: | Core competence is the key to acquiring and maintaining the competitive advantage of enterprises, while innovation is a source of nurturing, strengthening and renewing core competence. This paper, in the light of enterprises'growth, deals with the relationship between the enterprise's innovation growth and core competence, then emphasizes the analysis of their differences in core competence when an enterprise is in different stages. |
