| 摘 要： | 2004年中国农业经济学会学术年会已经开了三天，很快就要结束了。这次年会改变了以往宣读论文的形式，专就“落实科学发展观，统筹城乡经济社会发展”问题进行深入研讨。会议期间，钟甫宁、戴思锐、韩俊、陈彤四位专家分别就统筹城乡发展的历史背景、指标体系、政策措施以及发展县域经济中的城乡统筹问题等四个专题作了十分精彩的主题报告，大家各抒己见，发言踊跃，气氛热烈，
