| 摘 要： | 文章结合贵州省地勘局一○四队近三年的产业发展情况 ,提出在地勘单位事转企过程中 ,重视发展主导产业 ,形成经济支柱是前提 ;转变观念 ,领导带头是关键 ;理顺和规范社会性基础管理工作是重点 ;企业的持久经营战略是根本。文章分别对上述问题进行了论述 ,对地勘单位事转企问题进行了再认识。
