| 摘 要： | 本文针对我国即将加入WTO的背景，分析了国外工程咨询公司与我国监理公司的各自相对优势，认识到我国监理公司的优势是暂时的、相对的，从而提出创新才是我国建设监理业的立业之本，并就监理创新从机制建立、目的和内容、主体及途径等方面进行了进一步探讨。
