从我国目前物流业对人才的需求状况入手,分析了当下物流热背景下物流专业学生就业却面临一定困难的原因主要是社会的过热宣传、企业的过高要求、学校实践教学的缺失及学生就业定位过高引起。研究的目的旨在解决这种矛盾。提出了改善这种局面主要从学校加强实践教学、提高专业师资力量以及学生自身正确定位就业观来着手。从而使该专业的毕业生具有丰富的专业实践能力,赢得企业和社会的认可。
