| 摘 要： | 21世纪以来物流企业进一步提高快速响应市场变化的能力,供应商、制造商、销售商和物流企业之间的合作日益频繁,物流联盟也就应运而生。这是一种崭新有效的组织方式,但仍存在许多问题,利益及其分配就是其中之一。首先分析了联盟的总收益对稳定性的影响,然后运用Shapely值法建立了联盟利益分配的模型来实现其收益的合理分配,最后将合作成功率（风险性）引进到该方法中,有助于获得更合理公平的收益预期,从而保证结果的稳定。
