| 摘 要： | 对高速铁路运输的现状和社会效益进行了研究,对高速铁路运输与航空运输的竞争进行了对比,提出了应对措施。认为只有中国民航实行空铁联运,开拓国际航线,提高服务水平,仍能够保持较快速度的发展。

| Abstract: | This paper the high-speed railway transportation situation and social benefits of high-speed railway transpotation,with air transport competitiveness of comparison,puts forward the countermeasures.We consider only the CAAC implement empty rail transport,explore the international routes,improve the service level,can still maintained a fast speed civil aviation. |
