摘 要: | 本文以连锁超市食品物流为研究对象,通过问卷调查、焦点访谈、实地考察等方式对上海市联华、家乐福、好又多、乐购、可的便利、联华快客等连锁超市卖场和便利店为调查对象进行调研,分析了超市食品物流质量安全现状及其在食品安全主要环节中所存在的问题,为建立和完善连锁超市食品安全管理体系提供线索。

Abstract: | This article studies food safety conditions in supermarkets of Shanghai.Problems existing in food safety control are addressed and discussed Data has been gathered through questionnaire surveys,interviews and on-the-spot investigation carried out in supermarkets and convenience stores including LIANHUA,Carrefour,TRUST-MART,TESCO LEGOU,LIANHUA QUIK, and KEDI Convenience.Advice on establishing and improving the current supermarket food safety management system is also provided. |
