当代大学教育改革中的两难问题

高等教育的宗旨在于培养全面发展的人,但目前扭曲的教育质量评价机制使大学教育改革面临诸多两难抉择,事实上的结果是背离了这一宗旨。当前,大多数高校所面临的主要两难问题包括培养完人还是工具人、科研为重还是教学为重、收益导向还是质量导向等三方面。这些问题之所成为两难问题主要是因为评价导向不合理,所以化解这些两难问题的主要途径就是开发合理的评价机制,营造公正的学术环境。
