| Abstract: | This paper firstly identifies the economic expenses and incomes of higher education investment project. Then it sets out the national economic evaluation indexes and financial evaluation indexes of higher investment project. This is an attempt to establish and perfect the current evaluation theory of Chinese higher education investment, and it constructs the foundation for making decisions on higher education investment project. |
