| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国商业银行进入人员操作风险的高发期，风险频发不仅给银行经营绩效带来严重损失，更对银行的声誉和管理影响深远。本文在论述人员操作风险带来的危害和分析成因的基础上，从提高风险管理意识，建立风险监控系统，加强内控机制建设，开展科学合理培训，完善激励考核机制，构建操作风险文化等方面比较深入地探讨了有效防范操作风险的措施。
