| Abstract: | Merger and acquisition is an important way in the enterprise capital operation and enterprise strategy. As a high-tech, high-intensive, high-international, high-input and high-production industry, to optimize the resources through M & A is the development trend of medicine industry. Based on the relevant research achievements domestic and abroad, the motivation of the M & A in medicine industry and its performance are systematically analyzed and studied. |
