高新技术产业生态系统的演化效应与协同机制

本文分析高新技术产业生态系统内的主体关系及优势,基于Lotka-Voherra模型分析生态系统内主体间关系的演化效应,构建熵变模型分析系统与外部环境演化的协同机制.结果 表明:①主体间关系为适度竞争、互利共生、偏利共生演化时,系统群体与个体均衡产出较大;主体间关系为寄生共生演化时,系统群体与个体均衡产出较小;(参当边际协同熵等于边际协同负熵时,生态系统协同效率最大;系统持续稳定发展条件是:主体动态学习并从外部引入负熵流,抑制系统内部协同熵增;③主体间的能力匹配是提高系统绩效的重要前提.

The Co-evolution Mechanism of the Innovation Ecosystem of High-tech Industry

It can prevent the disorderly spread of urban construction land and ensure the integrity and continuity of urban green space. Based on the experience of Germany, China should pay attention to the complex function of urban green space serving production, life and ecology and set up the type of green space which can be used for family planting. This kind of green space can set up a new type of family activity space similar to residential living space, which can explore the balance between family use and public use of urban green space. Additionally, it must clarify who owns the main use rights of the green space, in order to enhance the effectiveness of urban green space system planning.
