基于因子分析法的海南省科技服务业发展水平评价研究

科技服务业从某种程度上直接反映了一个地区的科技创新能力和经济发展水平。通过因子分析方法,以科技服务业发展水平、全社会科技活动和科技服务业外部发展环境为3个一级指标,选取22个二级指标构建科技服务业发展水平的评价指标体系,通过构建评价模型,综合评价、比较分析海南省科技服务业在全国31个省市中的发展水平,并根据评价结果,从区域科技发展角度对海南省科技服务业发展提出对策建议,为提升海南省科技服务业发展水平提供有益参考。

Development Research in Science and Technology Service Industry of Hainan Province Based on Factorial Analysis

The science and technology service industry (STSI) directly reflects the scientific and technological innovation ability and the economic development level in a region. In this study, the evaluation model was established using three primary indicators including the STSI development level, the whole society STSI activities and the STSI development environment, and twenty-two secondary indicators based on the factor analysis method. The development level of Hainan''s STSI was evaluated, and was compared with other provinces in China through the evaluation model. According to the evaluation results, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of STSI in Hainan province from the perspective of regional science and technology development. It provides useful reference for improving the development level of STSI in Hainan province.
