建筑工业化背景下建筑企业商业模式创新影响因素分析

通过对企业商业模式创新影响因素相关文献进行梳理,结合现今新型工业化建造发展趋势,基于计划行为理论,从“行为态度”、“主观规范”和“知觉行为控制”3个方面构建建筑工业化背景下建筑企业商业模式创新影响因素的假设模型,结合结构方程模型对假设进行分析与检验,最后根据检验结果提出促进工业化建筑企业商业模式创新的策略和建议,为完善工业化建筑企业商业模式创新提供理论借鉴与参考。

Analysis of Factors Influencing Business Model Innovation of Construction Enterprises under the Background of Construction Industrialization

Through reviewing relevant literature on the influencing factors of enterprise business model innovation, combined with the current development trend of industrialization construction, based on the theory of planned behavior, this paper constructs a hypothesis model of the influencing factors of business model innovation of construction enterprises under the background of construction industrialization from three aspects of "behavior attitude", "subjective norms" and "perceived behavior control", analyzes and tests the hypotheses combined with structural equation model.Finally, on this bases, strategies and suggestions for promoting business model innovation of industrial construction enterprises are proposed to advise construction enterprises to carry out business model innovation, as well as to provide theoretical and practical reference to achieve innovative development.
